
In a medium pot pour grape seed oil halfway on high heat.
In a pan add 2 cups of your almond/ coconut or any vegan flour.
Add to the flour
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 tablespoon of Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Saturate the fish in seasoned flour.
Once the fish is completely covered in flour and the grape seed oil is hot, put fish in oil and fry for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
