Chicken Kabobs

 1 pound of chicken
 3 yellow or white onions
 3 big red peppers
 3 big yellow peppers
 3 big orange peppers
 Kabob sticks
 Seasonings
 Garlic oil

-Clean one pound of chicken cut into blocks

Cut all your onions and peppers into squares

Brush olive oil on the meat and vegetables

-Sprinkle low salt seasonings

Put on the grill for 15 minutes each side under fire then place your kabob on the no heat side
for 5 minutes
You can either serve them straight from the grill or dip them in a sauce and back on the grill for
3 minutes.
