 1 pound of chicken
 3 yellow or white onions
 3 big red peppers
 3 big yellow peppers
 3 big orange peppers
 Kabob sticks
 Seasonings
 Garlic oil

Clean one pound of chicken cut into blocks

Cut all your onions and peppers into squares

Brush olive oil on the meat and vegetables

Sprinkle low salt seasonings

Put on the grill for 15 minutes each side under fire then place your kabob on the no heat side for 5 minutes

You can either serve them straight from the grill or dip them in a sauce and back on the grill for 3 minutes.
