Grab a wok or pan
Coat the pan with olive oil
Sauté your asparagus and green beans first because it takes longer to cook, then add your
mushrooms, red onions, red peppers, no salt seasonings of your choice, then add your shrimp last.
Put a coating of lite balsamic vinaigrette and lastly add the salmon.
