Smoke 4 ounces of Salmon break it into small pieces in a bowl.
Add:
1 cup of vegenaise,
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon of relish
1 tablespoon 0f chopped dill pickles
1 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of celery
1 cup of vegan cream cheese
sprinkle parsley on top
The key is no salt or seasonings because the smoked salmon, and the chopped dill pickle was just enough!
