 1 medium onion diced
 2 cloves of garlic, or 1 tablespoon garlic paste
 2 cans red kidney beans, one drained/rinsed and the other with the juice
 1 can diced tomatoes
 Tofu sausage crumbles
 Trader Joe’s Vegan Chorizo (or any vegan sausage of your choice)
 3 tbsp chili powder
 3 tsp cumin
 ¾ tsp salt
 12 tbsp honey

Sauté onion and garlic

Add spices

Add bean and tomatoes

Add sausages

Cook on low for an hour or in slow cooker for 4 hours.
