
Heat the oven at 400f
On a baking pan Roast 16 medium size white round mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of vegan butter mixed with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder brush mixture on all mushrooms after removing the stem.
Roast for 7 minutes
Sit that to the side and now make the mixture
1 can of chickpeas in the food processor please remove all juice prior to then put the chickpeas in the processor.
Add 1 cup of vegenaise
1 tablespoon of relish
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of mixed garlic
Teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, pinch of no salt and pepper
Mix in food processor for one minute
With a spoon fill the mushrooms with the filling and sprinkle smoked paprika on top and serve
