In a frying pan or wok add your olive oil then put 12 beyond beef meatballs on medium heat.

Boil a box of chickpea pasta for 6 minutes on high heat, then add after 7 minutes of the meatballs
in the pan all the veggies and seasonings to your liking.

The final stage is to add your sauces and
jerk seasonings last stir to your desired taste and dig in.
