
-Heat the oven at 400f
- On a baking pan Roast 16 medium size white round mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of vegan
butter mixed with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder brush mixture on all mushrooms after removing
the stem.
- Roast for 7 minutes
- Sit that to the side and now make the mixture
- 1 can of chickpeas in the food processor please remove all juice prior to then put the chickpeas
in the processor.
- Add 1 cup of vegan mayo
- 1 tablespoon of relish
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of mixed garlic
- Teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, pinch of no salt and pepper.
- Mix in food processor for one minute
-With a spoon fill the mushrooms with the filling and sprinkle smoked paprika on top and serve
