Bean Burgers

Yields1 Serving
 1 can 16 oz chickpeas drained
 1 can 16 oz of black beans drained
 2 cups of Arugula
 1 red onion
 Flax seed mixture 1 tablespoon of flax seed to 3 tablespoons of water let it sit for ten minutes
 1 1/2 cups Mushrooms
 1 tablespoon of Chef Benne' Seasonings or your favorite no salt seasonings

Heat the oven to 400 f

Take both cans of beans, strain the juice off and rinse with water

Then place in a baking pan and in the oven for 20 minutes

Take them out the oven and place beans in a food processor

Add Arugula, onions, mushrooms, seasonings, and your flax seed mix

Mix to your consistently, make patties and place on parchment paper

Put in oven for 10 means flip them and leave for an additional 10 minutes

Add your vegan cheese and toppings
