Sweet Potato Hash

Yields1 Serving
 3 tablespoons of Olive oil
 2 cups of potatoes peeled and diced
 1/2 cup of onions
 2 cups of kale
 1 cup of Quinoa
 1/2 of red peppers
 1 cup of diced mushrooms
 Chef Benne’ seasonings or a pinch of salt and pepper

On a baking sheet in a baking pan

Evenly spread sweet potatoes

Add all vegetables

Brunch them with garlic oil

Add seasonings

Cook in the oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes
