 12 bags of pre washed, ready to eat or two bunches of collards trimmed and wash thoroughly
 6 Chicken bouillon cubes 8 cups of vegetable stock 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of monk fruit sugar 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
 24 cups vegetable stock
 1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar
 6 tbsp monk fruit sugar
 3 tsp salt and pepper

Boil the broth

Add collards, vinegar, seasonings, sugar to the broth
