Jerk Shrimp and Broccoli Over Cauliflower Rice

 1 pound of shrimp
 1 whole cauliflower chopped
 3 cups of fresh broccoli
 1/2 ear of corn
 1 small red pepper

-Same instruction as the original shrimp and broccoli over cauliflower but put the shrimp in a
bowl and add jerk seasonings and let it marinate for 4 hours then put in a medium saucepan

-In a medium saucepan add a half of stick of vegan butter, 1 tablespoon of mince garlic, onion
powder, rosemary, thyme, and the pound of shrimp.

-In a separate pan add chopped cauliflower, corn, minced red peppers, and fresh broccoli.

-Keep stirring off and on for 7 minutes

-Add the Shrimp and the amazing sauce you create over the cauliflower rice mixture.
