Vegan Chili

Yields1 Serving
 Tofu Sausage Crumbles
 1 Medium onion (diced)
 2 Cloves of Garlic, or 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
 2 Cans of Red Kidney Beans, (one drained, the other with juice)
 1 Can Diced tomatoes
 Trader Joe’s Vegan Chorizo (Vegan Sausage)
 3 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
 3 Tablespoons of Cumin
 3⁄4 Tablespoons salt
 12 Tablespoons of Honey

-Sauté’ onion and garlic

-Add spices

-Add Beans and Tomatoes

-Add Sausage

-Cook on low for 1 hour (or slow cook for 4 hours)
