Fish Tacos

Yields1 Serving
 Salmon
 Taco shells
 Cheese
 Taco Seasoning or Chef Benne’ seasonings
 2 Cups of Vegan Mayo
 1 Chopped Onion
 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
 1 Tablespoon of Onion Powder

- Heat oven to 350f

- Bake salmon for 20 minutes covered

For 10 minutes put the taco shells in the oven at 350f

Start building your taco with crumbles of Salmon
Then add arugula, (in the picture is kale) 1 chopped red onion, 2 cups of vegan cheese, and
seasonings of your choice and taco sauce

You should be able to make 8 full
