2 fresh peaches

Cut the rack of lamb into 8 slices

Coat the lamb with a half stick of vegan butter then use non salt seasonings or your Chef
Benne' seasonings

Lay them eve lye on a stove top grill on one end and

Sauté’ the veggies on the other end of the grill.

Cut two peaches and grill them last
Use the juices from the peaches to sprinkle on top of the lamb chops.
