Shrimp and Broccoli over Cauliflower Rice

 1 pound of shrimp
 1 whole cauliflower chopped
 3 cups of fresh broccoli
 1/2 ear of corn
 1 small red pepper

In a medium sauce pan add a half of stick of vegan butter, 1 tablespoons of mince garlic, onion powder, rosemary, thyme and the pound of shrimp.

In a separate pan add chopped cauliflower, corn, minced red peppers,and fresh broccoli.

Keep Stirring off and on for 7 minutes

Add the Shrimp and the amazing sauce you create over the cauliflower rice mixture.
